Squadron MedicalMarkham-Vale
Squadron Medical is a new bespoke 41,000 ft² distribution centre in Markham Vale. The national distribution centre and headquarters for the medical supplies distributor includes 9,000 ft² of CAT B offices, staff areas, labs and clean rooms, featuring a full height glazed reception area and fully fitted state of the art warehouse.
Brentwood undertook the full detailed design on behalf of the M&E Contractor. The building achieved an EPC rating of ‘B’ and a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ with the focus of the development on optimising the energy efficiency and ongoing operational costs for the client.
