A 40,000 sq ft exension of the premium retail outlet village in Ellesmere Port.
First opened in 1995, the sixth expansion of the site looks to further develop and upgrade the facilities. The £24m scheme includes 25 new luxury units, a new visitor centre, an additional 300 car parking spaces, an expanded and enhanced community space and the introduction of a new footbridge.
Brentwood were appointed to develop the stage 3 MEP design to stage 5 detailed installation drawings. The scope of works captured all MEP services for the new retail units, new customer toilet blocks and site wide external upgrades. The services included above ground drainage, HVAC, domestic water services, lighting, small power, new incoming utilities, in ground service points, fire and security, external illuminated signage and architectural lighting.
