The building will include state-of-the-art construction studios, research space, fine art studios, lecture rooms, CAD computer laboratories and a library.

Brentwood were appointed as the M&E Sub-contractor to Morgan Sindall. Designed to BIM Level 2, the technical approach involves Breathing Buildings ventilation strategies, which aims to improve the air quality, thermal comfort and energy usage within the educational establishment.
